摘 要:镁合金具有较好的力学性能,但耐蚀性差,限制了其广泛应用。对镁合金进行适当的表面涂镀处理可提高其耐蚀性。综述了常见的镁合金表面金属涂层制备技术,主要包括Ti,Zn,Al等单质金属涂层和Zn-Al,Ni-P等合金涂层;指出革新前处理工艺,优化镀液配方,开发多元合金镀及复合镀仍是未来的主要研究方向;开发具有高耐蚀性、耐磨性及高硬度的多功能涂层制备技术是未来的研究重点。A review is provided of the research progress of technology for preparing metal coatings on the surface of Mg alloy,where metal coatings such as Ti coating,Zn coating and Al coating,as well as alloy coatings such as Zn-Al coating and Ni-P coating are covered. It is pointed out that Mg alloy possesses good mechanical properties,but its poor corrosion resistance hinders its wide application. This drawback,fortunately,could be overcome by introducing proper coating and / or plating onto the surface of Mg alloy. In the meantime, it is demonstrated that,in terms of future directions of the technologies for preparing coating and / or plating on Mg alloy substrate,more efforts should be made to modify the pretreatment process,to optimize bath composition,and to develop multi-element alloy coating and composite coating. Besides,it is suggested that multifunctional coatings possessing good corrosion resistance and wear resistance as well as high hardness should be focused on in future study of the technology for fabricating coating and / or plating on Mg alloy substrate.
