摘 要:为了揭示接地网材20钢在砂质土壤中的腐蚀行为与Cl-的关系,以宁夏地区砂质土壤为腐蚀介质,利用土壤埋片试验、电化学试验研究了20钢在不同Cl-浓度砂质土壤中的腐蚀形为;用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪对腐蚀产物形态和成分进行了表征分析。结果表明:砂质土壤中Cl-含量对20钢的腐蚀过程有较大的影响,腐蚀速率随着Cl-浓度的升高而先增后减,当Cl-浓度为1.5%时,腐蚀速率达到最大值;Cl-在腐蚀过程中起催化作用,促进金属的溶解,Cl-浓度为1.5%时,20钢表面腐蚀产物主要有Fe2O3和FeOOH,形成近阵列的结构,良好地覆盖在基体上,对腐蚀起到了一定的阻碍作用。The sandy soil containing different concentration of Clin Ningxia area was used as the corrosive medium to investigate the corrosion behavior of grounding grid 20 steel( 20G steel) via soil-bearing test and electrochemical test. The appearance and composition of the corroded products were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction,and the relationship between the corrosion behavior of the steel and Cl-content in the sandy soil was explored. It was found that the content of Cl-in the sandy soil had significant effect on the corrosion of the steel. Namely,the corrosion rate of the steel initially rose but declined later with increasing Cl-concentration in the sandy soil, and the maximum corrosion rate was recorded at a Cl-concentration of 1. 5%( mass fraction). This was because Cl-acted to catalyze the corrosion of the steel and accelerate its dissolution. Particularly,at a Cl-concentration of 1. 5%,the corroded products on the surface of the steel mainly consisted of Fe 2 O 3 and FeOOH, and the corroded products were aligned nearly as arrays on the steel surface to well cover it and effectively prevented it from corrosion.
