突变地层导向孔轨迹仿真预测

摘　　要：目前对于钻头与突变地层相互作用规律,以及突变地层对钻进轨迹的影响主要采用经验公式进行预测,使用范围有一定局限性。为此,采用有限元仿真软件Abaqus对突变地层导向孔钻进进行仿真分析。分析结果表明,三牙轮钻头在突变地层钻进过程中发生纵向偏移,同时钻头发生振动,地层硬度越大,钻头振幅越大;在地层倾角一定的情况下,钻头钻进速度越大,则钻进轨迹纵向偏移越大,钻头旋转速度越大,钻进轨迹纵向偏移越小,钻头旋转速度低于2.2 rad/s时,旋转速度对钻进轨迹纵向偏移影响减小;当地层倾角逐渐增加时,钻进轨迹纵向偏移量增大,当地层倾角超过45°时,对钻进轨迹纵向偏移影响减小。Currently, as for the law of interaction between drilling bit and abrupt formation, as well as the effect of abrupt formation on drilling trajectory, the empirical formula is mainly adopted to make a prediction. The scope of its application is limited. Therefore, the finite element simulation software Abaqus was adopted to conduct a simula- tion analysis of guide hole drilling in abrupt formation. The analysis shows that longitudinal offset arises with tricone bit in abrupt formation drilling. Meanwhile, the bit vibrates. The higher the formation hardness, the larger the bit amplitude. When formation dip angle is given, the larger the bit drilling velocity, the larger the longitudinal offset of drilling trajectory; the higher the bit rotation speed and the smaller the longitudinal offset of drilling trajecto- ry. When the bit speed is less than 2.2 rad/s, the rotation speed has decreasing effect on the longitudinal offset of drilling trajectory. When formation dip angle increases, the longitudinal offset of drilling trajectory will go up. When the dip angle is beyond 45°, it has decreasing effect on the longitudinal offset of drilling trajectory.
