摘  要:在海上油田聚合物驱油过程中,采用笼统注入方式和传统分层注聚方式驱油效果差,严重影响聚合物驱的开发效果。鉴于此,研究了海上油田分层防砂分层注聚工艺技术——大通径分层防砂工艺和注聚井双管分层注聚工艺,其核心工具为低剪切防堵塞滤砂管和同心双管分层注聚管柱。双管分注具有独立的配注通道,配注准确,通径大,适合大排量注入,且无投捞作业风险,地面测调工作量小;无井下配聚器,井况相对简单,注入聚合物的机械剪切降解小。海上油田4口注聚井的现场试验结果表明,应用分层防砂分层注聚工艺施工成功率100%,聚合物黏度保留率85%以上,并且井口注入压力低。The effect of adopting general injection mode and traditional layered polymer injection mode for oil flooding is not desirable in the process of polymer flooding in offshore oilfields. This seriously affects the develop- meni effect of polymer flooding. Therefore, layered sand control and layered polymer injection technologies for off- shore oilfields were studied. They are large drift diameter layered sand control technology and polymer injection well twin tube layered polymer injection technology. The core tools are low shear anti-blocking sand screen and concen- tric twin tube layered polymer injection string. The twin tube separate injection has its own independent chan- nel. The injection allocation is precise; the diameter is large. It is suitable for large displacement injection. Moreover,there is no running and pulling risk. The ground testing workload is small. There is no need of downhole polymer allo- cator. The well condition is relatively simple. The mechanical shear degradation of polymer injection is small. The field experimental findings in four wells in the offshore oilfield show that application of the technologies reaches 100% success rate. The polymer viscosity retention rate is more than 85%. Moreover, the wellhead injection pres- sure is low.
