摘　　要：传统的井底落物和沉砂清理方式需要配备多种工具,下多趟管柱,效率低,成本高。为此,研制了新型井底落物与沉砂清理打捞装置。该装置主要由上接头、溢流单流阀、阻尼套、篮筐、筒体、背帽及铣齿等组成,装置的最下端设计有右旋的锯齿形拨齿,具有破碎和拨动井底非金属类大块落物的功能。篮筐、阻尼套、溢流单流阀等结构可确保井底小件散碎落物全部被打捞。现场应用结果表明,装置极大地简化了作业工序,可将井下各类碎散落物完全打捞,打捞成功率高,满足油田作业施工要求,具有广阔的应用前景。The traditional cleaning of bottomhole junk and setting sand requires many tools and multi-trip string, resulting in low efficiency and high cost. Therefore, a new type of cleaning and fishing device for bottomhole fish and setting sand was developed. The device mainly consists of upper joint, overflow check valve, damper bushing, basket, barrel, back nut and milling tooth. The lowest end of the device has the dextrorotatory sawtooth stir-tooth which can crush and stir large bottomhole non-metallic junks. The basket, damper bushing and overflow check valve ensure that all small fragmentary bottomhole junks are fished. The field application shows that the device remarkably simplifies the operating procedure. It can fish all kinds of fragmentary bottomhole junks, with a high fishing success rate.
