摘　　要：图书馆公共空间属性和开放服务特点,是开展公共外交的有效平台。随着国际间文化交流的日益频繁,开展公共外交的图书馆逐渐增多。本文着重介绍上海图书馆在公共外交方面的实践探索和努力方向。Library, having characteristics of public space and opening service, is a good platform for public diplomacy. With the increasing and development of global cultural exchanges, public diplomacy is being tried by more and more libraries. This article mainly introduces what the Shanghai Library has done, is doing and will do in public diplomacy.
