甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯共聚物三维有序大孔材料的制备与表征

摘  要:采用无皂乳液聚合法制备了甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯共聚物(MMA-co-TFEMA)乳液,自然沉降得到三维有序大孔材料。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、激光粒度分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对大孔材料空间形貌、乳液粒径、共聚物分子结构及性能等进行了表征。结果表明,实验成功地制得了三维有序大孔共聚物材料;SEM分析显示产物孔径分布均一,计算得数均粒径为148nm,单分散系数为1.69%;激光粒度分析表明,微球乳液粒径约为150nm,与计算值基本相符;FT-IR测试发现,2种单体反应生成了共聚物。Methyl methacrylate and trifluoroethyl methacrylate (MMA-co-TFEMA) copolymer emulsion was synthesized by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization (EFEP). Macroporous materials were prepared by the natural sedimentation. The aperture, spatial morphology, molecular structure and performance of macroporous materials were characterized through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), laser particle size analysis and Fourier Transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR). The results show that it is successful to prepare 3D ordered macroporous copolymer materials by one step method. The SEM images show that products have the uniform pore size distribution, the calculated number-average partical size is 148nm, coefficient of dispersion is 1.69 %. The laser particle size analysis shows that partical size of midrospheres emulsion is 150nm consistent with the calculated value. FT-IR analysis demonstrates that the copolymer has been produced.
