潍坊市实施儿童预防接种信息化管理系统建设效果评价

摘　　要：目的了解潍坊市儿童预防接种个案信息化管理情况,为免疫规划管理提供科学依据。方法采用《金苗免疫助手系统》软件,建立儿童预防接种个案数据库,通过磁卡识别系统进行接种。结果截止2010年儿童接种个案信息常住与流动儿童分别录入794 015和117 192人,录入管理率分别为99.80%、96.11%;流动儿童建卡、证与信息化电子网络管理前相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.52,0.01﹤P﹤0.05),"七苗"全程及乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率差异有统计学意义(χ2=125.34,P﹤0.01,χ2=278.16,P﹤0.01)。结论实施网络化管理后提高了流动儿童接种率和乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率,有效地解决了流动人口异地接种难的问题,通过先进的服务系统及时为儿童家长提供接种信息,有效地防止了漏种、错种和重复接种现象的发生。OBJECTIVE Management of the information on vaccination of children in Weifang City was assessed to provide a scientific reference for the management of immunization records. METHODS The Golden Vaccine Immunization Assistant System software was used to establish a database on vaccination records of children, which could be accessed via a magnetic card recognition system. RESULTS By 2010, information on the vaccination records of 794 015 resident children and 117 192 non-resident children were registered in the system, with a percentage of registration of 99.80% and 96.11%, respectively. Significant difference existed in the percentage of registration of non-resident children before and after the implementation of the online information management system （X^2 = 4.52, 0.01 〈 P 〈 0.05）. Significant difference was also observed in the timely immunization rate of a full-course ＂seven-vaccines＂ and the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine （X^2 = 125.34, P 〈 0.01, X^2 = 278.16, P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION Implementation of the online information management system has improved the vaccination rate of non-resident children and the percentage of timely immunization of the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine, and has effectively solve the challenges encountered in heterochthonous vaccination of non-resident populations. With the advanced service system, parents may be timely informed of the vaccination records of their children, which effectively prevents the occurrence of missed, mistaken, and repeated vaccinations.
