摘　　要：目的调查重症医学科下呼吸道泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌（PDR-Ab）感染发生的危险因素,为预防和控制医院感染提供参考依据。方法对重症医学科9例患者在2011年2月1~28日期间发生下呼吸道泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染进行流行病学分析。结果在重症医学科28 d内陆续出现9例患者发生下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌医院感染,其中1例死亡。结论采取严格的消毒隔离措施可有效控制PDR-Ab医院感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To determine the risk factors for nosocomial infection of the lower respiratory tract by pan-drug resistant A cinetobacter baumannii （PDR-Ab） in ICUs, so to provide references for the prevention and control of nosocomial infections. METHODS Epidemiology of 9 ICU patients having been infected by PDR-Ab between February 1# to 28^th of 2011 was analyzed. RESULTS 9 consecutive cases of PDR-Ab infection occurred in the ICU within 28 days; 1 case died from the infection. CONCLUSION Strict sterilization and quarantine may effectively prevent the occurrence of nosocomial PDR-Ab infections.
