摘　　要：目的建立阿立哌唑血药浓度的高效液相色谱内标法。方法色谱柱为Herpesil C18柱（250 mm×4.0 mm,5μm）;流动相为2.85 mmol/L三乙胺-甲醇（20︰80）,冰醋酸调pH值至7.5;流速为1.0 ml/min;柱温为40℃;检测波长为254 nm。结果阿立哌唑的线性范围为15~900μg/L,r=0.9966,平均方法学回收率95.0%（RSD=3.76%）。结论本法操作简单、准确,可以应用于日常临床监测阿立哌唑血药浓度。OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC internal reference system for the quantitative determination of plasma concentration of aripiprazole. METHODS A Herpesil ODS C18 column （250mm×4.0mm, 5txm） with the mobile phase consisted of 2.85 mmol/L trietbylamine-methanol and adjusted to a pH of 7,5 by glacial acetic acid （20 ： 80） was used. Flow rate of the column was 1.0 ml/min, column temperature was 40℃, and detection wavelength was 254 nm. RESULTS Linear range of aripiprazole was 15-900 μg/L （r = 0.996 6）. Average recovery rate of aripiprazole was 95.0% （RSD = 3.76%）. CONCLU-SION The technique is easily operable and accurate, and may be used for clinical monitoring of plasma aripiprazole concentration.
