摘 要:目的分析湖北省十堰市2004~2010年法定报告传染病的流行特征和变化趋势,探讨防制措施。方法从国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统中收集报告数据,进行统计分析。结果 7年间无甲类传染病报告;报告乙类传染病21种,共85 502例,死亡166例,年均发病率为370.62/10万,年均死亡率为0.72/10万,发病居前6位的依次是病毒性肝炎、肺结核、痢疾、梅毒、淋病、麻疹,占乙类传染病报告总数的95.09%;报告丙类传染病8种,共报告39 013例,年均发病率为169.11/10万,发病居前3位的依次是流行性腮腺炎、感染性腹泻、手足口病,占丙类传染病报告总数的79.74%。结论乙类传染病前5年呈现上升趋势,后3年呈现下降趋势,丙类传染病呈现不断上升的趋势;乙类传染病中的肝炎、结核、性传播疾病、麻疹、狂犬病,丙类传染病中的流行性腮腺炎、感染性腹泻、手足口病应作为现阶段防治重点,建立综合性的长效防治机制。OBJECTIVE Epidemiological characteristics and the trend of change of notifiable infectious diseases occurred between 2004 and 2010 in Shiyan City of Hubei Province were analyzed, and the preventive measures were explored. METH-ODS Reported data were obtained from the National Disease Reporting Information System, followed by statistical analysis of the reported data. RESULTS While no Class A infectious disease was reported during the 7 years, 21 Class B infectious diseases, with a total of 85 502 patients, had been reported. 166 cases died from Class B diseases, resulting in an annual morbidity of 370.62 per 100 000 and an annual mortality of 0.72 per 100 000. Class B diseases having the highest morbidity rates were viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, dysentery, syphilis, gonorrhea, and measles, accounting for 95.09% of the total number of reported Class B cases. 8 Class C infectious diseases, with a total of 39 013 cases, were reported, resulting in an annual morbidity of 169.11 per 100 000. Mumps, infectious diarrhea, and hand-foot-and-mouth disease were Class C diseases with the highest morbidity rates, and accounted for 79.74% of the total number of reported Class C cases. CONCLUSION The trend of Class B infectious diseases rose in the first 5 years and declined in the last 3 years; and Class C infectious diseases exhibited a continuous rising trend. Prevention and control of hepatitis, tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases, measles, and rabies of Class B infectious diseases, as well as mumps, infectious diarrhea, and hand-foot-and-mouth disease of Class C infectious diseases, shall be considered as the primary focus for the current stage, so to establish a comprehensive longterm mechanism for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
