摘 要:采用聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂和桉木粉(WF)制得PVC木塑复合材料。研究了木粉粒径和填量对PVC木塑复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内复合材料的拉伸强度随着木粉粒径的减小先升高后降低,随着木粉填量的增加先降低后升高然后趋于平稳;冲击强度随着木粉粒径的减小先升高后降低,随着木粉填量的增加而降低。当木粉粒径为70~80目,木粉填量为20%(质量分数)时,所得复合材料的力学性能最佳。The thesis used polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin and wood flour to prepare wood-plastics composite and studied on the effect of particle diameter and filling quantity of wood flour on mechanical properties of wood plastics composites. Within a certain range, the result showed that the tensile strength increased first then de- creased with the particle diameter of wood flour reduced, and it decreased first then increased and tend to be sta- ble finally with the filling quantity of wood flour added. The impact strength increased also first then decreased with the particle diameter of wood flour reduced, but it decreased always with the filling quantity of wood flour added. When the particle diameter of wood flour was from 70 mesh to 80mesh and the filling quantity of wood flour was 20wt%, the mechanical properties of wood-plastics composite was the best.
