摘 要:通过对Fe基非晶合金带材连续施加压力,测试其附近闭合回路电感变化,研究了Fe基非晶合金带材的电感式压磁效应。结果表明,通过测试Fe基非晶合金带材附近闭合回路电感变化可用来测试和表征Fe基非晶合金带材的压磁性能;在f=1kHz时,Fe基非晶合金带材压磁性能稳定性好,随着压力的增大带材压磁性能升高,在同一压力情况下,Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9带材压磁性能优于Fe78Si9B13带材;在f=100kHz时,Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9带材压磁性能稳定性优于Fe78Si9B13带材,并且Fe73.5Cu1Nb3-Si13.5B9带材在f=1kHz、压应力为0.69MPa时具有最佳的压磁性能;在压应力<0.1MPa条件下,随着压应力增大,线圈电感值Ls有一个剧增的上升趋势,铁基非晶带材压磁性能对微小应力更加敏感。Piezomagnetic effect of Fe-based amorphous alloy ribbon was studied by applying continuous stress to Fe-based amorphous alloy ribbon and testing the nearby closed loop inductance changes. The results show that the piezomagnetic property of Fe-base amorphous alloy ribbon can be characterized by testing the nearby closed loop inductance changes of Fe-base amorphous alloy ribbon. When the frequency was equal to lkHz, piezomag- netie property of Fe-based amorphous alloy ribbon has a good stability. And piezomagnetic property can be raised by increasing pressure. In the same pressure cases, Fe73. sCulNb3Si13, sB9 alloy ribbon has a better piezo- magnetic property than that of Fe78SigB13 alloy ribbon. When the frequency was equal to 100kHz, the piezomag- netic property of Fe73.5 Cu1 Nb3 Si13.5 B9 has a better stability than Fe78 Si9 B13 alloy ribbon Fe73. 5 Cu1 Nb3 Si13.5 B9 al- loy ribbon show the best piezomagnetic property when the frequency was equal to lkHz and the compressive stress was equal to 0.69MPa. When the compression stress was less than 0.1 MPa, the inductance of coil has a sharp rising trend with the increase of stress, Fe based amorphous alloy ribbon was more sensitive to tiny stress.
