摘　　要：阐述生态会计的概念,倡导从产品开发的全局角度来看待生态会计的介入。考虑在产品生命周期不同阶段环境成本的核算,运用具体案例分析基于生态会计理念的产品开发设计方法。强调政府立法监督的协同作用,主张运用资源循环的开发模式,让自然资源和环境容量实现生产活动的生态化转向。It elaborated the concept of ecological accounting,advocated to look at the involvement of ecological accounting from the perspective of global product development.Considering the environmental cost accounting in different stages of the product life cycle,it used specific cases to analyze design method based on the concept of ecological accounting.It emphasized the synergistic role of government legislate supervision,advocated to use pattern of development of resource recycling,implement the production activities ecological turning of natural resources and environmental capacity.
