摘 要:通过大掺量掺入磨细矿渣和粉煤灰以改善混凝土工作性能基础上,采用脱硫石膏替代粉煤灰,研究其对混凝土工作性能的影响。试验表明:脱硫石膏掺入对改善高性能混凝土工作性能是有益的。掺量在占掺合料总量8%,即胶凝材料中SO3含量在2.7%时,可进一步提高新拌混凝土的坍落度和扩展度;同时30 min时坍落度和扩展度也得到改善,即经时损失减小,并能保证混凝土的力学性能。By adding large amount of grinded slag and coal ash,the performance of concrete can be improved.It was conducted by using desulphurization gypsum instead of coal ash to find out the effect on the performance of concrete.The test results showed that the desulphurization gypsum admixture was of great benefit to improve the working performance of high performance concrete.When desulphurization gypsum accounts for 8% of the total admixture,the SO 3 reached 2.7% in the cementitious materials,higher degree of the slump and expansion could be achieved.The concurrent improvements were also found in the 30min slump and expansion degree,which meant less loss of the materials with time as well as maintain the mechanical property of concrete.
