摘 要:为了研究橡胶集料对水泥基材料的力学性能及其之间的黏结性能,探索了不同的改性剂对橡胶集料抹面砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度、压折比和抗冲击性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:橡胶集料的加入降低了砂浆的力学性能,但是改善了砂浆的韧性,提高了砂浆的抗冲击性能,其中偶联剂KH-570改性效果较好,与基准砂浆相比,韧性提高了38.9%,抗冲击性能提高了2.5倍;改性剂的复掺与单掺相比,优势并不明显。Aiming at the research on mechanical properties and bond behavior of crumb rubber on cement-based materials,the influence rule of compressive strength,flexural strength,the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength and impact resistance of crumb rubber surface mortar with different modifiers was explored.The results show that mechanical properties of mortar will be decreased due to crumb rubber addition,but it improves mortar toughness and impact resistance,so the best modified effect was KH-570,compared with reference mortar,the toughness was improved by 38.9% and the impact resistance was improved by 2.5 times;the advantage of compound addition was not obvious compared with single addition.
