摘 要:试验主要研究了不同掺量的超细粉末橡胶对环氧树脂砂浆抗折强度、抗压强度、抗拉强度的影响。试验结果表明,在一定掺量内超细粉末橡胶可以明显提高环氧树脂砂浆的抗折强度和抗拉强度,同时对其抗压强度有负面影响。超细粉末橡胶掺量为1.5%时,环氧树脂砂浆的抗拉强度提高43.1%,抗折强度提高30.9%,抗压强度降低6.2%,增韧效果明显。The influences of different dosage of ultrafine powder rubber on the physical properties of epoxy mortar were studied,with respect to the compressive strength,flexural strength,and tensile strength.The test results showed that the ultrafine powder rubber at a certain dosage could greatly improve the flexural and tensile strength of the epoxy mortar,and could also bring negative effects to the compressive strength of the epoxy mortar.At the dosage of 1.5%,the toughening effect of ultrafine powder mortar to the epoxy mortar was very impressive.The tensile and flexural strength of the epoxy mortar were respectively increased by 43.1% and 30.9%,in the meantime,the compressive strength was decreased by 6.2%.
