摘  要:目的:优选复方没食子凝胶膏剂中紫草、天仙子、野西瓜和没食子的提取工艺。方法:以乙醇浓度、渗漉速度、乙醇用量为考察因素,以左旋紫草素含量、氢溴酸东茛菪碱质量浓度和浸膏得率为指标,采用正交试验优选处方中紫草、天仙子和野西瓜的乙醇提取工艺;以提取次数、提取时间、加水量为考察因素,以没食子酸质量浓度和浸膏得率为指标,采用正交试验优选处方中没食子的水提取工艺。结果:最佳乙醇提取工艺为药材粉碎成中粉,加10倍量85%乙醇渗漉提取,渗漉速度为3 ml/min;最佳水提取工艺为加10倍量水,提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优选工艺合理、可行,可用于复方没食子凝胶膏剂中紫草、天仙子、野西瓜的提取。OBJECTIVE:To optimize extraction technology of Arnebia euchroma,Hyoscyamus niger,Citrallus colocynthis and Gallnut from Compound gallnut cataplasm.METHODS:The ethanol extraction technology of A.euchroma,H.niger,C.colocynthis and C.gallaetinctoriae from Compound gallnut cataplasm was optimized by orthogonal test with the concentration and amount of ethanol,diacolation velocity as factor using the contents of shikonin and scopolamine hydrobrminde,the yield of extract as index.The water extraction technology of gallnut was optimized by orthogonal test with extracting times,extraction time and amount of water as factors using the content of gallic acid and the extract yield as index.RESULTS:The best ethanol extraction technology was as follows:herbal plants were smashed into moderate powder,adding 10 folds 85% ethanol for percolating and extracting,at speed of 3 ml/min;the best water extraction technology was as follows:10 folds of water,extracting for 3 times,1 hour for each time.CONCLUSIONS:The optimal extraction technology is reasonable,feasible and suitable for the extraction of A.euchroma,H.niger,H.trionum and Gallnut from Compound gallnut cataplasm.
