摘　　要：目的：研究小黄紫堇的化学成分。方法：采用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等色谱分离手段对小黄紫堇95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果：共分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为咖诺定（1）、原阿片碱（2）、α-别隐品碱（3）、延胡索单酚碱（4）、毕扣扣林（5）、芦丁（6）、β-谷甾醇（7）、β-胡萝卜苷（8）。化合物1~8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。结论：该试验结果可为小黄紫堇的进一步研究提供依据。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the chemical constituents of Corydalis raddeana.METHODS：The compounds were isolated by macroporous adsorption resin,silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographic methods.Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS：8 compounds were isolated and identified as：capnoidine（1）,protopine（2）,α-allocryptopine（3）,kikemanine（4）,bicuculline（5）,rutin（6）,β-sitostero（l7）,β-daucosterol（8）,respectively.Compounds 1-8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.CONCLUSIONS：The results of trial can provide reference for further study of C.raddeana.
