摘  要:[目的]以市售绿麦隆农药为原料,经纯化和混匀后,研制绿麦隆农药纯度标准物质。[方法]采用气相色谱-飞行时间质谱法(GC-TOF-MS)对绿麦隆进行结构鉴定。采用质量平衡法(MB)和差式扫描量热法(DSC)对绿麦隆进行纯度定值,并分别评价2种定值方法的不确定度。[结果]研制的绿麦隆农药纯度标准物质均匀性良好,稳定时间至少20个月,纯度保证值为99.7%,扩展不确定度为0.3%(k=2)。[结论]为环境中绿麦隆的分析检测提供量值溯源保证。[Aims] Chlortoluron was prepared and certified as pure reference material by repeated recrystallization and mixing. [Methods] The structure of the material was qualitatively identified by GC-TOF-MS. The purity of chlortoluron was determined by mass balance method and differential scanning calorimetry. The uncertainty of two methods were respectively evaluated. [Results] Chlortoluron had better homogeneity and its stability could maintain at least 20 months, the purity value of chlortoluron was 99.7%, the expanded uncertainly was 0.3%(k=-2). [Conclusions] Provide traceability assurance for the detection and analysis of chlortoluron in environment.
