摘  要:【目的】为规范小麦锈病活体筛选方法,对接种方法、培养条件进行系统的筛选和比较,并利用3种标准药剂进行验证。【结果】小麦叶锈病最佳接菌浓度为1×10^8-5×10^8cfu/L,最佳接菌方法为喷雾法;20℃黑暗保湿培养24h为最佳侵入条件;20℃、24h光照培养为最佳潜育条件;3种药剂的浓度对数与防效之间呈现出很好的线性关系。【结论】规范后的小麦锈病室内活体筛选方法准确可行。[Aims] In order to standardize wheat rust screening method, different inoculation methods and culture conditions were screened and compared systematically, and 3 standard chemicals were verified by screening. [Results] The results showed that the best way for wheat rust screening method is spraying spores suspension on wheat leaves with spores concentration range from 1×10^8 to 5×10^8cfu/L, retention in moisture and darkness for 24 h at 20 ℃, and then in moisture and light for 24 h at 20℃ until full onset. There is a good linear relationship between the concentration logarithm and fungicide control effect of the 3 standard chemicals. [Conclusions] The wheat rust screening method standardized has good accuracy.
