摘 要:采用过醋酸环氧化双环戊二烯法合成了特种环氧树脂二氧化双环戊二烯。探讨了双环戊二烯规格,H2O2浓度及与醋酸的配比,环氧化温度及中和水洗条件对产物性能的影响。结果表明,采用50%的H2O2,醋酸与H2O2的物质的量比为2∶1,反应温度(35±5)℃,搅拌3 h制得的过醋酸浓度为20%~24%。采用熔点20℃以上的双环戊二烯为原料,其与过醋酸物质的量比为1∶2.2,环氧化温度(35±5)℃制得的二氧化双环戊二烯收率稳定在80%左右,密度1.330 g/cm3,熔点184℃以上,环氧值1.22。The special epoxy resin dicyclopentadiene dioxide was synthesized by epoxidation of dicyclopentadiene using peracetic acid. The effects of dicyclopentadiene specifications, H2O2 concentration and ratio to acetic acid, epoxidized temperature and neutralization and washing conditions on product performance were investigated. The resuits showed that the peracetic acid concentration was 20% to 24% using 50% H2O2, acetic acid and H2O2 in a 2 : 1 molar ratio, reaction temperature(35 ± 5 ) ℃ and stirring for 3 h. The dicyclopentadiene dioxide yield was stable at 80 % , and the density, melting point and epoxy value was 1. 330 g/cm3, above 184 ℃, and 1.22, respectively under the conditions as followed: dicyclopentadiene with melting point above 20 ℃ , molar ratio to peracetic acid 1: 2. 2, epoxidized temperature(35±5) ℃ .
