摘  要:以含砜基多元酚混合物为原料合成了苯并噁嗪(MS-a),以MS-a或将其与其它热固性树脂共混制得玻璃布层压板。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)表征了MS-a的化学结构,用示差扫描量热分析(DSC)、热失重分析(TGA)、动态热机械分析(DMA)研究了它的热固化行为和热稳定性。测试了其玻璃布层压板的弯曲性能、阻燃性能和介电性能。结果表明,MS-a具有较低的固化温度,其固化物在800℃下残炭率达到61.8%,制成的玻璃布层压板具有较高的T g(219.9℃),良好的力学性能和介电性能,阻燃级别达到UL94 V-0级。The benzoxazine (MS- a) was synthesized using the mixture of polyhydric phenols containing sulfonyl groups. The glass cloth laminates based on MS -a or blending with other thermosetting resins were prepared. The chemical structure of the MS - a was characterized by FT - IR and 1H - NMR. The heat curing behavior and thermal stability of MS - a were investigated using DSC, TGA and DMA. The bending performance, retardant properties and dielectric properties of glass cloth laminate based on MS - a were tested. The results showed that MS - a had a lower curing temperature and the char yield at 800 ℃ of the cured procuct reached 61.8%. The glass cloth laminates had a high Ts (219. 9 ℃ ), good mechanical properties, dielectric properties and the flame retardanee reached UL94 V- 0 level.
