摘  要:在双酚A环氧树脂/溴化阻燃环氧树脂混合物中,加入自制的EX-6液体阻燃稀释剂制备了阀控式铅酸蓄电池用阻燃端子胶。通过阻燃性能测试研究了阻燃环氧、EX-6用量对胶粘剂性能的影响,比较了几种常用的端子胶固化剂以及2组分配比对端子胶性能的影响。结果表明,双酚A环氧树脂与溴化环氧树脂质量比1∶1,EX-6质量分数10%,采用自制的1068(B)固化剂,2组分质量比100∶35时制得的胶粘剂具有优异的综合性能,吸酸率为0.768%,现场模拟实验表明该胶可满足蓄电池端子胶的使用要求,阻燃达到FV-0级。The flame - retardant terminal post adhesives of valve regulated lead - acid batteries were prepared by adding self-made retardant liquid diluent EX - 6 to the mixture of bisphenol A epoxy resin/ brominated flame retardant epoxy resin. The effect of EX - 6 content on adhesive properties was studied by flame retardant tests. The several common curing agents for terminal post adhesives were compared. The effect of mass ratio of two components of terminal post adhesives was investigated. The results showed that the adhesive had excellent compre- hensive performance and the acid absorption rate was 0. 768% as the conditions as followed: mass ratio of bisphenol A epoxy resin to brominated epoxy resin 1 : 1, mass fraction of EX - 6 10% , self - made 1068 ( B ) as curing agent and mass ratio of two components 100: 35. The scene simulation experiment showed that the adhesive could meet the requirements for terminal post adhesives of lead - acid batteries and the flame retardence reached FV -0 level.
