摘　　要：不孕症已经成为全球性的医学和社会问题。近年来,发达国家及发展中国家不孕症患病率均持续上升,与性传播疾病增加、肥胖、婚育年龄延迟等因素有关。文章分析不孕症的流行现状及趋势,并强调在现阶段发展中国家预防不孕症与更新不孕症的诊治规范同样重要。Infertility has now become a global medical and social problem. The prevalence of infertility has increased, in part because of general health issues, such as the rise in sexually transmitted diseases, o- besity, and also because women are postponing hav- ing their child. Prevalence and predisposing factors of infertility were summarized in this article. In the developing world, emphasis on prevention of infertil- ity is as important as updating the global guidelines for infertility management.
