摘　　要：随着不孕不育发病率的增高,卵巢性不孕的诊治技术也在不断提高。排卵障碍较为常见和棘手,多囊卵巢综合征、卵巢早衰等内分泌性疾病的诊治技术流程应该受到严格规范和重视,并遵循个体化原则,从而使卵巢性不孕患者及时得到治疗并完成受孕。As the rising incidence of infertility, the technology of diagnosis and treatment about ovarian infertility also unceasingly enhanced. Ovulation dis- order is belong to the more common and intractable disease. Its diagnosis and treatment process should be strictly regulated, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, premature ovarian failure and so on. The principle of individualization was followed, which makes the pa- tients treated in a timely manner and successful preg- nancy in the end.
