摘 要:目的 构建仿真内科护理综合实训,培养学生的护理职业能力.方法 设置仿真医疗情境,构建针对内科慢性病患者入院、住院、出院和再入院为基本护理过程的内科护理综合实训,采用自制问卷、系统抽样法从学生和教师2个层面对教学效果进行调查评价.结果 与对照组比较,实验组学生的护理技能、临床综合思维、自学能力、沟通和交流能力等护理职业能力均有显著提高.结论 在高职高专护生中构建并实施以住院患者需求为中心、模拟临床工作情境的内科护理仿真综合实训,实现了教学与临床无缝对接,提高了学生的护理职业能力.Objective To construct simulation medical care comprehensive training and cultivate stu-dents' nursing professional competence. Methods By setting medical simulation scenarios, com- prehensive training of medical care based on admission, hospitalization, discharge and re-admission pro- cess for chronic medical patients was constructed. Self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investi- gate and evaluate the effect of teaching by systematic sampling from students and teachers in two di- mensions. Results Compared with the control group, students' nursing skills, clinical comprehensive thinking, self-learning ability, communication skills and other professional competence of the experimental group were significantly increased. Conclusions Construction and implementation of comprehensive medical care with simulated olin- ical scenarios training and inpatient demand- oriented in vocational nursing students achieves a seamless con-nection on teaching and clinic and the nursing professional ability of students can also be improved.
