摘  要:目的:研究清热消积方对SPC-A-1肺癌细胞及其诱导的HUVEC内皮细胞表达VEGF、bFGF的影响,并探讨其抗肿瘤血管生成的部分作用机制。方法:以不同浓度的清热消积方药液干预SPC-A-1肺癌细胞及其诱导的HUVEC内皮细胞后,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法分别检测两种细胞上清液中VEGF、bFGF的表达量。结果:经清热消积方药液干预后,该两种细胞的VEGF、bFGF表达量均出现不同程度的下降,且与药物浓度呈负相关,具有良好的浓度依赖性(P<0.05)。结论:清热消积方抑制SPC-A-1肺癌细胞及其诱导的血管内皮细胞表达VEGF、bFGF,可能是其抗肿瘤血管生成的作用机制之一。Objective :To investigate the expressions of VEGF and bFGF on human umbilical vein endothelial cell in- duced by human lung adenocarcinoma cells which were treated with Qingre Xiaoji Recipe, and to explore the part mecha- nism of anti - tumor angiogenesis effect of it. Methods : Different concentrations of Qingre Xiaoji Recipe were employed to affect HUVEC which was induced by SPC - A - 1. Then ELISA method was applied to detect the expressions of VEGF and bFGF in supernatant from the two kinds of cells. Results: The expressions of VEGF and hFGF in the two groups showed different degrees of decline, and there was a negative correlation with concentration of drug, and represented good concentration dependence ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Qingre Xianji Recipe could inhibit the expressions of VEGF and bF- GF on human umbilical vein endothelial cells which were induced by human lung adenocarcinoma cells, and it might be one of the mechanisms on anti - tumor angiogenesis effects.
