金保方教授射精功能障碍辨治验案举隅

摘　　要：事实上,就所有男性射精功能障碍而言,大多数疾病症状明显,但病因不明,病理不清,疗效不肯定,甚至有些疾病至今无统一定义,也无一种FDA认可的治疗方法。因此,中医的整体观及辨证论治仍然是治疗射精功能障碍的重要选择!节选诊治射精功能障碍的5则患者病例,通过分析治疗早泄、射精延迟、不射精、逆行射精和射精痛共5则射精功能障碍的验案,从而系统阐述治疗射精功能障碍的一些经验,其中中央型腰椎间盘突出症与早泄的相关性研究为国内首创,因其无创、价廉、良好的临床疗效,深得广大患者好评。金保方教授临床处理射精功能障碍,不拘泥于古法,更大胆探索新的治法治则,将中西医之长处有机结合,处方灵活化裁,故而能获得良效。金教授将辨病与辨证相结合,将男性生殖系统的解剖、病理生理、病位、病性融入到日常的实际临床病例当中去,故能创造性地分析得出符合患者实际病情的治疗方法,取得了满意的临床疗效。Most of male ejaculation dysfunction had significant clinical symptoms, bat there was no clear etiology , pathology and clinical curative effect, even some diseases still had no unified definition and approved treatments by Amer- ican Food and Drug Administration （FDA）. Therefore, the overall concept of Chinese medicine and syndrome differentia- tion was still the important option for the treatment of ejaculatory dysfunction. To selected 5 cases of ejaculation dysfunc- tion patients. By analyzing the treatment of premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, ejaculatory incompetence with painful ejaculation and retrograde ejaculation in 5 cases of ejaculatory dysfunction,which systematically explain some ex- perience for the treatment of ejaculatory dysfunction, among them, reserehing correlation of premature ejaculation and cen- tral type lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion was domestic initiative, because of its noninvasive, low price, excellet clin- ical curative effect, obtained high praise by patient. To treat ejaculation dysfunction by Professor Jing that not constrained by old methods ,to explore the new quality, combined of the strengths of Chinese and western medicine, flexible prescrip- tion cutting, it could get good effect. Combining disease and syndrome differentiation, integrated the male reproductive system of anatomy, physiology, pathology lesions, disease characteristics into the daily actual clinical cases by Professor Jing, which could creatively analysis treatment accord with the actual condition of patients and achieved a satisfactory clinical efficacy.
