摘 要:目的:建立一种高效液相色谱法测定铁皮枫斗颗粒中柚皮素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱UltimateXB—C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为0.2%H3PO4的水溶液与甲醇采用梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长为280nm;柱温30℃。结果:柚皮素的回归方程为Y=3227.6X-1.7272(r=1.000),线性范围:0.005~0.075μg,加样回收率:100.82%(RSD=1.06%,n=6)。结论:该法准确,阴性制剂无干扰,精密度高,重复性好。可用于铁皮枫斗颗粒中柚皮素的含量测定,并为其它铁皮枫斗相关制剂质量检测提供参考。Objective:To establish a new HPLC method to determine naringenin in Dendrobium Officinale Granules. Methods:The sample was detected on a ultimate C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase consisting with 0.2% phosphoric acid and methanol by gradient elution at 30 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 ,and wavelength was 280 nm. Results : The standard curve for naringenin was linear over the range from 0. 005 μg to 0. 075 txg ( r = 1. 000) ,typical equation: Y = 3227.6X - 1. 7272, the average recovery was 100.82% ( RSD = 1.06 % , n = 6). Conclu- sion:The method shows good accuracy, precision and repeatability. It can be used by quality control of D. Officinale Gran- ules and can be taken as a reference for other connected preparations.
