隔药饼灸对动脉粥样硬化兔总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察隔药饼灸对动脉粥样硬化(AS)兔血脂总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量的变化,探讨隔药饼灸对动脉粥样硬化兔血脂的调节作用。方法:将75只新西兰大耳白兔随机分为空白组、模型组、直接灸组、隔药饼灸组、西药组,每组15只,通过高脂饲料喂养及免疫损伤法建立兔AS模型。运用酶法测定干预后TC、TG含量的变化。结果:隔药饼灸、直接灸和西药均能降低兔AS血清中TC、TG的含量(P<0.01或P<0.05);隔药饼灸组和西药组TC、TG含量明显低于直接灸组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:隔药饼灸对血脂的代谢具有良好的调节作用;隔药饼灸与西药对动脉粥样硬化兔血脂的作用基本相似,且二者的作用均优于直接灸。Objective: To observe the level changes of total cholesterol( TC) and triglyceride( TG) treated by moxibustion with herbal cake during the process of rabbit atherosclerosis; to explore the regulation effect of moxibustion with herbal cake on stability of rabbit atherosclerotic plaque. Method: Rabbit AS model was developed by high fat diet and immune injury method,direct moxibustion,moxibustion with herbal cake and administration of western medicine were performed on the same acupoints in different groups. The content changes of TC and TG were measured by Enzymatic determination.Results:( 1) Moxibustion with herbal cake,direct moxibustion and western medicine all can decrease contents of TC and TG in AS rabbit serum( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05); compared with those of direct moxibustion group,the contents of TC and TG in moxibustion group with herbal cake and western medicine group were significantly lower( P < 0. 01 or P <0. 05). Conclusions: Moxibustion with herbal cake had a satisfactory adjusted effect on metabolism of lipid; the effects of moxibustion with herbal cake on rabbit atherosclerotic serum lipid were similar to those of western medicine,and the effects of both were superior to those of direct moxibustion.
