摘　　要：俞尚德主任医师擅长消化系统疾病的诊治,从消化性溃疡的概念、病因、病机、影像学、方药等方面与"内痈"进行比较论述,提出消化性溃疡以"内痈"论治的理论,并运用于临床实践,创建俞氏补中生肌汤,取得很好的临床疗效。Professor YU shangde is good at diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases. He compared and dis- coursed the concept, etiology, pathogenesis, imaging, prescription and other aspects between peptic ulcer and carbuncle, and put forward the theory of treatment of peptic ulcer with the method of treating carbuncle, and created a decoction named Yushi Buzheng Shengji Decoction, which gained very good clinical effect.
