摘  要:目的:利用近红外漫反射光谱技术和偏最小二乘法测定醋延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量。方法:近红外漫反射光谱技术和偏最小二乘法。结果:所建立预测方程样品的预测值和真实值之间的决定系数为0.9512,该法的建立证明了近红外漫反射光谱技术应用于中药中化学成分的测定的可行性。结论:与其他测定方法相比,该法操作简单、速度快、效率高、无污染、费用低、无需复杂的前处理,可以直接对大量未知样品进行测定。Objective: To determine tetrahydropalmatine in Rhizoma Corydalis by near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (NIRDRS) combined with partial least squares (PLS). Methods: NIRDRS and PLS were used. Results: The correlation coefficient of the quantitative mathemat icsmodel between the prediction and the true values was 0. 9512. It was feasible to apply the above established method to determine chemical constituents in Chinese materia mediea. Conclusion: Compared with other methods, this method is simple, rapid, high efficient, low expenditure, without pollution and with preparation undone and is suitable for large quantity of unknown samples.
