附子、干姜配伍机制现代研究概述

摘　　要：历代医家认为附子、干姜配伍具有增效减毒作用,现代研究从二者配伍的药效学改变、化学成分变化等方面进行了大量探索。对二者配伍的现代研究进行总结与分析,为进一步探讨其配伍机制提供参考。Ancient physicians believed that the compatibility of aconite root and died ginger had effect on enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity. Modern studies on pharmacological action and chemical composition had been explored. This article summarized and analyzed the compatibility between aconite root and died ginger, to provide a reference for further research on the compatibility mechanism.
