摘　　要：对近10年国内公开发表的有关艾灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的实验研究文献进行复习,从中枢作用机制和外周作用机制两方面综述艾灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用机制,提出今后的研究应以"艾灸温热刺激-HSP70表达与调控-抗炎效应"为主线,深入研究不同灸法治疗RA的抗炎效应及其HSP70分子调控机制。This paper is to take a review of the last decade public pressed experimental documentation about the treatment of RA by moxibustion and to discuss the function of treating RA with moxibustion from central mechanism and peripheral mechanism and to propose the research from now on should be mainly on the stimulating the expression and controlling the HSPT0 and anti - inflammatory effect by warming moxibustion, giving a deeply research of molecular regu- lation mechanism of the anti - inflammatory effect in treating RA with different moxibustion methods.
