摘　　要：目的:评价针刺联合敷药治疗面瘫的有效性。方法:60例面瘫患者随机分治疗组和对照组各30例,分别采用针刺联合敷药和针刺治疗,治疗40 d后观察疗效。结果:意向性分析(ITT)和方案数据分析(PP)两组总有效率分别为96.67%/100.0%和86.67%/88.89%,疗效差异有显著意义(P<0.05),ITT分析与PP分析结果一致。结论:针刺联合敷药治疗面瘫明显优于针刺疗法。Objective ： To assess the efficacy of acupuncture combining with Fuyao in the treatment of facial paralysis. Methods：Sixty cases of facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups, each group had thirty cases. One group a- dopted acupuncture combining with Fuyao ; the other adopted acupuncture. The efficacy was observed after forty days. Re- sults：ITT showed that the effective rate was 96.67%/100.00% （P 〈 0.05 ） . PP showed that the effective rate was 86. 67%/88.89% （P 〈 0.05）. The former result corresponded with the latter one. Conclusions ： The efficacy of acupunc- ture combining with Fuyao is better than acupuncture.
