益气化瘀胶囊对气虚血瘀症者颈动脉内中膜厚度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气化瘀胶囊对颈动脉内中膜厚度的影响及气虚血瘀中医症候的临床疗效。方法:选取我院心内科门诊及住院的颈动脉内中膜厚度增加的患者112例,随机分为治疗组50例和他汀组33例,对照组29例,对照组予生活方式改善及基础疾病治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予口服益气化瘀胶囊治疗,他汀组在对照组基础上给予口服瑞舒伐他汀治疗,于入组时及治疗后6月时查肝肾功能、肌酶及颈部血管彩超。结果:治疗组与他汀组和对照组比较胸闷、气短、心悸、疲倦乏力、面色、口唇或甲床、舌质、脉象均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);他汀组与对照组比较仅气短和面色显著改善(P<0.05),余临床症候组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后与他汀组和治疗组比较,对照组CCA-IMT、BULB-IMT、ICA-IMT和ECA-IMT厚度显著增加(P<0.05),治疗组和他汀组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气化瘀胶囊对早期动脉硬化患者疗效确切,中医症候明显改善,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi and Chinese medicine symptom of Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Huayu Capsule in the carotid intima- media thickness Method：l 12 cases with increased carotid intima -media thickness of the outpatient and inpatient of Department of Cardiology of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group 50 cases and the statin group 33 cases, control group 29 cases. Control group was given the treatment of lifestyle improvement and basic therapy, treatment group given oral Yiqi Huayu Capsule on the basis of the eontrol group, statin group received oral rosuvastatin treatment on the basis of the control group. Liver and kidney fimetion, mus- cle enzymes and neck vascular ultrasound were evaluated at the begining and 6 months after treatment. Result：Treatmen! group compared with the statin and control groups, chest tightness, shortness of breath, palpitations, tiatigue, complex- ion, lips or nail bed, tongue and pulse were significantly improved, the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Only shortness of breath and complexion of statin group had been significantly improved compared with con- trol group（P 〈 0.05 ）, other clinical symptoms between the two groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Com- pared with the statin group and treatment group after treatment, CCA - IMT, BULB - IMT, ICA - IMT and the ECA - IMT thickness of the control group were increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the statin group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Yiqi Huayu Capsule is effective in patients with early atherosclerosis. Chinese medicine symptoms can be improved significantly. It is worthy of clinical application.
