舒脑欣滴丸对急性缺血性中风患者血清补体C3、C4及炎症指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药舒脑欣滴丸对急性缺血性中风患者血清补体C3、C4水平及炎症反应的影响。方法:急性缺血性中风患者随机分为对照组(神经内科基础治疗)和试验组(基础治疗+舒脑欣滴丸),观察两组患者治疗前及治疗14 d后NIHSS评分、血清补体C3、补体C4、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平。结果试验组患者NIHSS评分的下降值显著高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组在降低血清补体C3水平和MMP-9水平方面均显著优于对照组,差别有统计学意义(均为P<0.01),但在降低血清补体C4和hs-CRP水平方面与对照组比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药舒脑欣滴丸辅助治疗急性缺血性中风有利于改善患者神经功能缺损症状,在干预补体激活途径和炎症反应方面具有一定优势。Objective ：To observe the effects of Shunaoxin Dropping Pill on serum C3 and CA and inflammatory re- sponse in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods：Patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group （conventional therapy） and experimental group （conventional therapy plus Shunaoxin Dropping Pill）. The NIHSS score, levels of serum C3, C4, high - sensitivity C - reactive protein （ hs - CRP） , and matrix metalloproteinase -9 （MMP- 9） in the two groups were detected before and 14 days after treatment. Results：After treatment, the de- creased value of NIHSS score in experimental group was higher than that in control group, and the difference had statisti- cal significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. The experimental group was significantly superior to the control group in temls of decreasing serum C3 and MMP- 9 （P 〈 0.01 ） but in terms of decreasing serum C4 and hs- CRP was not significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Shunaoxin Dropping Pill combined with conventional therapy is more effective to improve clinical symptoms of patients with acute ischemic stroke, and has certain advantages on intervention complement activation pathway and in- flammatory response.
