四种用药剂量葛根芩连汤药效组分比较分析

摘　　要：目的:对葛根芩连汤四种用药剂量中药效组分葛根素-黄芩苷-盐酸小檗碱-甘草苷的含量进行测定并比较其差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定葛根芩连汤两种配伍比例(葛根-黄芩-黄连-炙甘草比例为8∶3∶3∶2及5∶3∶3∶2)、四种用药剂量中药效组分葛根素-黄芩苷-盐酸小檗碱-甘草苷的含量,计算各药效组分含量的比例关系。结果:葛根芩连汤配伍比例为8∶3∶3∶2时,药效组分葛根素的含量和比例相对升高,其余药效组分无显著性变化。在同一配伍比例下,不同用药剂量时,药效组分葛根素-黄芩苷-盐酸小檗碱-甘草苷的含量随用药剂量增大而增高,比例关系相对不变。结论:葛根芩连汤四种药效组分葛根素-黄芩苷-盐酸小檗碱-甘草苷的含量及比例关系因其配伍比例及用药剂量不同呈一定规律变化,可为葛根芩连汤临床应用及质量评价研究提供参考。Objective: To determine and compare the puerarin-baicalin-berberine hydrochloride-liquiritin active compositions alignment( ACA) in four types of Gengen Qinlian Decoction. Methods: HPLC method was applied for determination of the four ACA in four types of Gengen Qinlian Decoction( the compatibility percentage of Radix Puerariae,Radix Scutellariae,Rhizoma Coptidis and Radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata was 5 ∶ 3 ∶ 3 ∶ 2 and 8 ∶ 3 ∶ 3 ∶ 2),the ratio of the ACA ws calculated. Results: When the compatibility percentage consisted of 8 ∶ 3 ∶ 3 ∶ 2,only the content and ratio of the puerarin relatively were increased,the ACA of the rest had no significant difference. The contents of the puerarin-baicalin-berberine hydrochloride-liquiritin ACA were increased with the higher dose of the Gengen Qinlian Decoction,and the ratio of the ACA was in a certain range. Conclusion: The contents and ratio of the puerarin-baicalin-berberine hydrochloride-liquiritin ACA changed with the change of the compatibility percentage and dose of the Gengen Qinlian Decoction was in a certain rule. It can provide a reference for the clinical application and quality appraisal of Gengen Qinlian Decoction.
