摘  要:目的:研究大孔树脂纯化杭白菊总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。方法:以静态吸附量、解析率为指标,考察5种大孔树脂对杭白菊总黄酮的纯化能力;以总黄酮的转移率和纯度为指标,对AB-8大孔树脂的上样量、水洗脱量、洗脱溶剂、洗脱体积进行考察。结果:AB-8树脂具有最佳的吸附性能,最佳工艺为2BV杭白菊总黄酮提取液上样,0.5BV/h的流速进行动态吸附,4BV蒸馏水洗脱,3BV 60%乙醇洗脱。结论:AB-8大孔树脂性能好,可用于纯化杭白菊中的总黄酮。Objective: To study the optimal conditions of macroporous resin purification of flavonoids in Chrysanthe- mum morifolium. Method:Static adsorption and desorption rate as indexes, 5 kinds of maeroporous resin were inspected for purification of flavones from chrysanthemum;the transferred rate and the purity of AB -8 index, macroporous resin, water washing sample volume, solvent volume, elution volume were inspeced. Results:AB -8 resin has the best adsorp- tion performance, optimal process was 2 BV chrysanthemum total flavone extract sample ,0.5BV/h flow rate for dynamic adsorption, elution of 4BV of distilled water,3BV 60% ethanol elution. Conclusion:AB -8 maeroporous resin perform- ance can be used for the purification of chrysanthemum total flavone.
