摘  要:研究了温室(18~25℃)池养暗纹东方性腺发育、人工繁殖和河毒素。试验结果表明:池养暗纹东方雄鱼成熟系数二、三月份达到最大值分别为 0 1480±0.0100和 0. 1317±0.0140;三、四月份雌鱼成熟系数达到最大值分别为0.2440±00400和0.3058±0.0460。与野生的暗纹东方相比较,经统计检验,P>0.05,成熟系数无显著性差异。池养暗纹东方不经降海洄游,性腺完全能发育成熟,能进行人工催产并孵化得苗,并且证明活体各部分均无毒或弱毒,这对于大规模开展暗纹东方的人工养殖具有重要意义。This paper deals with the gonadal development, official propagation and Tetrodotoxin(TTX) of puffer (Takifugu obscurus)cultured in pond of green house(18 - 25℃). The results indicate that GSI of the male T. obscurus cultured in pond comes up to its maximum during February or March (0. 1480 ± 0.0100 and 0. 1317 ± 0.0140 ), while GSI in the female comes up to its maximum during March or April (0.2440±0.0400 and 0. 3060 ± 0. 0460). By statistical test (P > 0.05), there is no significant difference between GSI of T. obscurus cultured in pond and that of wild puffer. Without migrating down to sea, T. obscurus cultured in pond could develop its gonads into enough maturation and could spawn after induced spawning and the egg could be hatchded into fly successfully. Moreover each part of the fish they has no TTX. The results are helpful for development of the large-scale artificial culture of puffer.
