摘  要:以无水葡萄糖为标准品,对用荧光光谱法测定桂花多糖的含量进行了探讨,确定最佳实验条件为5.00mL浓硫酸,1.00mL 6%的苯酚溶液,反应时间为10min,荧光参数Kex=478nm,Ke m=510nm。在此条件下,对桂花多糖进行平行测定6次,多糖浓度与生成物的荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=1.0776x+4.1145,r=0.9991,检出限为2.50Lg/mL。The content of polysaccharides in Osmanthus fi-agrans Lour. was determined by fluorescence spectrometry with anhydrous glucose as standard. The optimal experimental conditions were as follows:Concentrated sulfuric acid of 5.00mL, 6% phenol solution of 1.00mL,reaction time of 10 min and fluorescence parameters at λex= 478nm and λem = 510nm. Polysaccharides of Osmanthus fragrans Lour. were analyzed under the optimal experimental conditions. The coneentration of polysaecharide had a good linear relationship with its fluorescence intensity. The linear equation was y= 1. 0776x--4. 1145,r= 0. 9991 ,and the detection limit was 2. 50vg/mL.
