摘　　要：研究了磺丁基醚-β-环糊精与尼美舒利在水溶液中的包合作用。采用等摩尔系列法测定磺丁基醚-B-环糊精与尼美舒利的包合摩尔比,并利用紫外-可见、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜法共同验证了包合物的形成。结果表明:磺丁基醚-β-环糊精与尼美舒利以摩尔比1÷1包合,两者形成了新型超分子包合物。To study the inclusion complex of sulfobutylether-fl-cyclodextrin with nimesulide, detection of inclusion molar ratio was done in solution by means of equimolar series analysis. The inclusion complex was confirmed by ultraviolet visible spectroscopy, infrared spectrum and SEM studies. The result obtained indicated that inclusion compound fitted well to the molar ratio of 1 ： 1. And the supramolecular inclusion was formed.
