摘 要:建立间苯三酚固体分散体中间苯三酚含量测定的方法,并测定固体分散体对间苯三酚的增溶效果。选取间苯三酚特征吸收峰267.6nm波长处测定。间苯三酚浓度在60.24—220.88Lg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为A=0.0033C+0.0060,r=0.9998(n=3);平均回收率为99.86%,RSD=1.16%(n=9)。本方法灵敏、快速、简便,具有良好的精密度、稳定性和重复性,为制备间苯三酚固体分散体提供了质量控制手段。并且间苯三酚固体分散体在水中的溶解度较间苯三酚提高了3.8倍。The method for determination of the content and solubilizing effect of phloroglucinol in phloroglucinol solid dispersions was established. The detection wavelength for determination of phloroglucinol content was set at 267.6nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 60.24--220. 8μg·mL-1. The regression equation was as follows:A= 0. 0033C+ 0. 0060,r= 0. 9998 (n=3). The average recovery was 99. 86%, RSD= 1.16%(n= 9). This method is accurate,quick and simple, and has high stability and good reproducibility. It is suitable for quality control of phloroglucinol in phloroglucinol solid dispersion. And the solubility of phloroglucinol solid dispersion in water was 3.8 times higher than phloroglucinol.
