摘  要:共振散射技术(RLS)研究羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)的自聚集作用及其应用。在pH=2.0磷酸盐缓冲液中,取适量CM C-N a溶液,置荧光光度计上以Kem=Kex进行同步扫描,并用于样品中CM C-N a的含量测定。CMC-Na在强酸性介质中产生自聚集作用,共振散射光显著增强。分析表明CMC-Na在10—200Lg·m L-1之间线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9993。用共振散射技术研究CMC-Na的自聚集作用具有较好的稳定性,在一定范围内不受离子强度、干扰物质的影响。具有灵敏度高,方法简便、快速,较好的准确度和重复性等特点,可用于样品中CM C-N a的含量测定。Resonance light scattering(RLS) was studied for discussing the self-aggregation of CMC-Na and its application. In pH = 2.0 phosphate butter solution,CMC-Na solution was scanned with λem=λex by HitachiF-2500 and determined the contents of CMC-Na in samples. RLS was significantly enhanced based on the self-aggregations of CMC-Na in strong acid medium. It was found that the RLS intensity was well proportional to the concentration of CMC-Na over the wide range 10--200μg·mL-1 with r=0. 9993 in the optimum conditions. In the study of CMC-Na based on its self-aggregation by RLS, good stability was obtained and no interference was presented in the detection when adding ionic and interfering substances. It can be used for the determination of CMCNa in the samples with the characteristics of easy operation, rapidity, sensitivity, good accuracy, repeatability and so on.
