摘　　要：当前,我国农业现代化面临着农户土地经营规模小、农村劳动力转移难、农业科技水平不高、基础设施建设滞后等诸多障碍。因此,必须结合我国国情,在加大对农业和农村财政支持力度的同时,采取加快转变农业发展方式、创新农业经营体制机制、培养农产品生产体系、着力推进农业科技进步、发挥工业化和城镇化有效支持带动作用等战略措施,切实全面推进农业现代化进程。At present, China＇s agricultural modernization is facing such barriers as small scale of operation, difficulty in rural labor migration, low level of science and technology and lagged behind infrastructure. While giving agricultural industry and rural financial system with more support, we have to take China＇s current situation into consideration, accelerate the transformation of agricultural development pattern, make innovation in agricultural operation system, cultivate more agricultural producing system, promote progress in science and technology, give full play to the leading role of industrialization and urbanization and promote agricultural modernization in an all round way.
