摘 要:采用动电位阳极扫描极化曲线研究了PH13-8Mo和17-4PH两种沉淀硬化不锈钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中的点蚀电位。通过分析PH13-8Mo的金相组织、微观形貌和能谱结果研究了PH13-8Mo的耐海水腐蚀机理。结果表明,PH13-8Mo不锈钢的点蚀电位、钝化区范围平均值大于17 4PH不锈钢,PH13-8Mo不锈钢的耐海水腐蚀的性能大于17 4PH不锈钢。经时效处理的PH13-8Mo不锈钢金相组织为回火马氏体+弥散析出相,析出相和基体中均含有足够的钝化元素铬、镍、钼,三者总量百分比超过20%,整体耐蚀性良好。The pitting potentials of precipitation hardening stainless steels PH13-8Mo and 17 4PH in simulated sea water of 3. 5%o NaC1 solution were investigated by means of potentiodynamic anodic polarization curves. The mechanism of corrosion resistance of stainless steel PH13-8Mo in seawater was analyzed by metallographic phase observe, scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy disperse spectroscopy. The results show that the average pitting potential and passive region of PH13-8Mo steel were bigger than those of steel 17-4PH, indicating that the corrosion resistance of PH13-8Mo steel is better than that of 17-4PH steel. The microstructure of aged steel PH13- 8Mo is tempered martensite and massive precipitated phases. The good corrosion resistance of PHlg-8Mo steel comes from enough passive elements of Cr, Ni and Mo which total percentage over 20% in its precipitated phases and matrix.
