摘  要:目的了解呼吸道白色假丝酵母菌的基因分型和不同基因型白色假丝酵母菌的药敏情况,并探讨基因分型与耐药性之间的关系。方法采用PCR扩增白色假丝酵母菌基因组DNA的25SrDNA基因内含子区,根据扩增产物片段大小和数目分型,采用ATB FUNGUS3酵母菌药敏试剂盒对不同基因型白色假丝酵母菌进行药敏分析。结果 80株白色假丝酵母菌临床分离株分为3型:A型39株、B型30株、C型11株;A型是主要的基因型,占48.75%,B型占37.50%,C型占13.75%;3种基因型白色假丝酵母菌均未出现对两性霉素B耐药株,C型白色假丝酵母菌未出现对氟胞嘧啶耐药株,A、B、C型白色假丝酵母菌对氟康唑的耐药率分别为5.1%、6.7%、18.2%,对伊曲康唑的耐药率分别为5.1%、13.3%、27.3%,对伏立康唑的耐药率分别为2.6%、3.3%和9.1%,B型和C型白色假丝酵母菌对唑类药物的耐药率高于A型。结论 A型白色假丝酵母菌呼吸道感染基因分布中占首位,白色假丝酵母菌的基因分型对抗真菌药物的选择,控制真菌感染有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To investigate the genotypes of Candida albicans and explore the drug susceptibility of thedifferent genotypes of C. albicans so as to discuss the correlation between the genotyping and the drug resistance.METHODS The genotypic analysis was carried out by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) ,the primers were designedto amplify the region that included the site of the transposable group I intron of 25S rDNA of C. albicans. Thedrug susceptibility testings for different genotypes of C. albicans were performed with ATB FUNGUS3. RESULTSOf totally 80 strains of clinical isolates of C. albicans,there were three genotypes identified; including 39 strains ofgenotype A, 30 strains of genotype B,and 11 strains of genotype C; the genotype A was dominant,accounting for 48. 75%,the genotype B 37. 0%,the genotype C 13. 75%. Among the three genotypes of C. albicans, no strainsof amphotericin B-resistant isolates were detected,and no flucytosine-resistant genotype C C. albicans strains weredetected either. The drug resistance rate of the genotype A C. albicans to fluconazole was 5. 1%,the genotype Bstrains 6. 7%,and genotype C strains 18. 2% ; the drug resistance rates to itraconazole were 5.1%, 13.3%, and27. 3%,respectively; the drug resistance rates to voriconazole were 2. 6% , 3. 3%,and 9, 1%,respectively; thedrug resistance rates of the genotype B strains or the genotype C strains to azoles were higher that that of the gen-otype C strains. CONCLUSION The genotype A strains are dominant among the C. albicans causing respiratorytract infections in this area; the genotyping of the C. albicans has great significance to the control of fungal infections.
