精神专科医护人员对手卫生影响因素的认知与需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨精神专科医护人员对手卫生影响因素的认知与需求,寻求有效的护理对策,确保手卫生,降低感染率。方法采用自编问卷,对98名精神专科医护人员进行问卷调查。结果精神专科医护人员认为影响洗手的主要因素是擦手毛巾、洗手水不干净,占59.18%,其次认为精神科侵入性操作少,占53.06%;主要促进规范洗手因素是病区出现传染病,达97.96%,其次为外界有传染病流行为83.67%和洗手教育后为61.22%;对洗手指征的认知护士比医师好,护理员认知情况明显低于医师和护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神专科医护人员对手卫生影响因素的认知情况不容乐观,管理者应强化手卫生知识的长期教育,做好持续质量管理,提高精神科医护人员手卫生意识,从而有效预防精神专科医院的医院感染发生。OBJECTIVE To explore the awareness of influencing factors for hand hygiene of the psychiatric staff andinvestigate the requirement so as to seek effective nursing countermeasures, ensure the hand hygiene,and reducethe infection rate. METHODS Ninety-eight psychiatric staff were investigated with self-made questionnaire.RESULTS The psychiatric staff considered that the major factor of reducing handwashing was that the towel andwater were not clean,which accounted for 59. 18%,followed by the less invasive operations in psychiatric hospital（53. 06%）. The major factor of promoting the standard hand washing was the emergence of infectious disease,followed by the outbreak of infectious diseases outside （83. 67%） and the education of hangwashing （61. 22%）.The awareness of the hand washing indicators of the nurse was better than that of the doctor,while the cognitionrate of the nursing worker was significantly lower than that of the doctor and the nurse, the difference was signifi-cant （P〈C0. 05）. CONCLUSION The situation of cognition of hand hygiene is not optimistic on psychiatric staff, itis necessary for the manager to strengthen the education of hand hygiene, carry out the continuous quality im-provement, and improve the awareness of hand hygiene of the psychiatric staff so as to effectively prevent the nos-ocomial infections in the psychiatric hospital.
