贵州省84所二级医院医院感染管理现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解贵州省二级医院医院感染管理的工作现状,为进一步提高医疗质量提供依据。方法设计调查表对贵州省二级医院医院感染工作情况进行调查,资料采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果共有84所医院参加调查,97.62%的医院成立了医院感染管理委员会,57.14%的医院感染管理科单独设立专职机构,71.01%的医院感染管理工作人员接受过高等教育,66.67%为护理人员,19.04%的医院开展了目标监测,大部分二级医院的医院感染管理体系仍存在许多问题。结论二级医院是贵州省公共卫生医疗体系的基础力量,应该加大对医院感染管理基础设施、专业队伍的建设、科室职能等方面的重视和投入,促进医院感染管理工作向规范化、标准化、系统化方向发展。OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of healthcare-associated infection management insecond-class hospitals of Guizhou province so as to improve the medical quality. METHODS The questionnaireswere designed to investigate the status of control of nosocomial infections in the second-class hospitals of Guizhouprovince,then the data were statistically analyzed by using SPSS 13. 0. RESULTS Of totally 84 hospitals involvedin the study, 97. 62% have set up the professional committee of healthcare-associated infection control andmanagement,57. 14% of the nosocomial infection control departments in those hospitals have established theprofessional department,71.01% of the medical staff have received the high education, 66. 67% of the medicalstaff were the nursing staff, and 19. 04% of the hospitals have developed the targeted monitoring. There remainedsome problems in the nosocomial infection control system in most of the second-class hospitals. CONCLUSIONThe second-class hospitals are the essential part of the public health care system. It is necessary to enlarge theinvestment in the infrastructures of nosocomial infection control and focus on the construction of professional teamand the department function so as to promote the normalization, standardization and systematization of the healthcare-associated infection control.
